Sales and Shipping Policies:

The following sales, shipping, and payment policies are valid until the release of a new price list.
All prices are in Euro, retail ex-cellar, and include 12% sales tax.
Delivery from Obermarkersdorf is by package service or shipping company.
We request written report of delivery damage or breakage within 7 days of delivery.
If damage is noticed at the time of delivery, please request delivery personnel to give written confirmation of damage.
Crystals in a bottle of white wine or on the underside of a cork are harmless tartrate deposits that precipitate during the natural aging process and do not constitute a faulty wine.
Delivery within the greater Vienna vicinity is at no additional charge for purchases of 48 bottles or more.
Delivery within Austria is carried out by the DPD in cases of 12 bottles or half cases of 6 bottles. For larger orders please request a special offer. For delivery outside of Austria, please make a request.
Payment is due upon delivery.
Merchandise remains the property of the
winery until full payment is made.
